Sri Vaishnavi Degree College, Kadapa: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Sri Vaishnavi Degree College, set up in the year 1998 in Kadapa of Andhra Pradesh, has been in the process of educating the youth. This affiliated college established at PVR Colony on R.S. Road, Rajampet is providing numerous under graduate courses. At the moment it has 89 students and keeps 22 members of the faculty, thus the college is private and offers individual approach. Currently, Sri Vaishnavi Degree College has five full time courses offered in two degree programmes which include Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Bio-Technology, Commerce. 

The college has put in place various infrastructures that seek to improve students’ living standards. A school with adequate books in its library is the reference center that supplements teachings given to students. The college also contains departmental laboratories where students get practical sessions an experience important to science and technical subjects. As for the students interested in sports, the college offers other infrastructure facilities to ensure their physical and sports training. In order to meet the challenges posed by the modern world the Sri Vaishnavi Degree College has developed good IT facilities so that students can avail the best of the technologies. Carparking and transport facilities to the student and staff is also provided in the campus thereby easing physical movement in and out of the campus on a daily basis.

A total of four three-year full time courses is offered at Sri Vaishnavi Degree College and it includes only normal courses which are undergraduate. These courses span across two main degree types: In particular, B.Sc., Bachelor of Science and B.Com., Bachelor of Commerce. The B.Sc program is available in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, Bio Technology and Chemistry The B.Com programs on the other hand are the general commerce program and a computer application program. The college is able to regulate the number of students it takes in a class settings since it takes a total of 89 students each time making learning more personal and effective. All our courses take THREE years to complete, making it easy for students to cover a lot of ground in their areas of specialization.
