Sri Vidyanikethan Degree College, Ranganpet, Andhra Pradesh, was established in the year 1996. This co-educational college is popular as SVDC Tirupati. Being an affiliated college, it has been serving young minds with more than two decades of experience. The compact campus with an area of 2.52 acres has a strength of 1,312 students and offers a total of 13 courses in 5 different degree programmes. It has a faculty strength of 54, hence maintaining a very good student-to-staff ratio. This promotes personalised attention and quality education.

SVDC Tirupati aims at the holistic development of students through a learning environment equipped with modern facilities for academics and personality growth. The admissions at SVDC Tirupati are carried out based on a merit basis. Most of the undergraduate courses need at least 55% marks at the Intermediate level or its equivalent. Postgraduate admissions are made through the Sri Venkateswara University Common Entrance Test or through a management quota.
