Eligibility Criteria
The students seeking admission to SWEC have to qualify in the EAMCET ( Engineering, Agricultural, and Medical Common Entrance Test ) examination conducted by Govt. of Telangana. To be eligible for appearing in the EAMCET examination, the student should have passed the 10 + 2 with Maths, Physics, and Chemistry as their mainstream.
Lateral entry scheme :
- In addition, diploma holders are admitted into second-year B.Tech to the extent of 10% intake based on merit in ECET, under the lateral entry scheme.
Admission Details
The Admissions to the Institute are made along with the other Engineering colleges in the state through a common entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by the Govt. of Telangana.

College Infrastructure
The college infrastructure is really so good . The facilities are good . But there is no free wifi facility for the students in the college . The labs in the college are good and well equipped and maintained .

College Infrastructure
All the necessary infrastructure there in this campus. Laboratories have good equipment. Sports complex are very big. Swimming pool is very spacious. Food at the campus is very tasty. Wifi and smart boards are there in this college.
