Srinivasa Pharmaceutical Institute and Centre for Research (SPICR), started in 2007, is one of the premier institution in Vikarabad, Telangana. This is a co-educational institution, which is a PCI-approved affiliated college, dedicated to the course and field of Pharmacy. The institute has 18 dedicated professionals as the faculty. The institute offers six courses in three degrees on different aspects of pharmaceutical sciences. The institute stands testimony to its focused courses in the health and pharma domain with B.Pharma, D.Pharma and M.Pharma streams in relevant specialisation areas like Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Management & Regulatory Affairs.
SPICR is equipped with numerous learning amenities that are fully capable of improving the learning of its Students. It plays the role of lending centre because there is an overwhelming amount of literature and research work in the field of pharmacy. The well-equipped latest laboratories as well as other technologically driven teaching aids are available in the college to facilitate and aid students understanding of the subjects in pharmaceutical sciences. The IT systems used in a college make sure that the students of that particular college remain up-to-date on different trends in that particular field while sports amenities also broaden the college education by offering a physical aspect of the education to the students.
Srinivasa Pharmaceutical Institute and Centre for Research provides total of 6 course, all of which are full-time only. This campus has 2 undergraduate programmes, namely B.Pharma and D.Pharma, and 4 postgraduate programmes, M.Pharma, with different fields. The B.Pharma and D.Pharma programmes are approved for sixty students intake each, whereas the students intake capacity of M.Pharma programmes differs from each other. M.Pharma Pharmaceutics is offered with 6 seat, M.Pharma Pharmaceutical Technology has 3 seats, and M.Pharma Pharmacology has 15 seats. These diverse programmes make sure that the student can fit the specialised area within the pharmacy line, thus making them be able to specialise in the pharmacy area of their interest.
