SRM College of Education, Jind, offers three degree courses in teacher education. The admission process is based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examinations. The college follows the admission policies set by the state government, UT administration, and the affiliated university.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Ed (Bachelor of Education): Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the regulatory bodies for B.Ed programs.

• D.Ed (Diploma in Education): Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria for the D.Ed program.

• M.Ed (Master of Education): Candidates must have completed B.Ed to be eligible for the M.Ed program.

Application Process:

1. Notification: Admission notifications are released on the college website and in local newspapers.

2. Obtain Application Form: Download the application form from the website or collect it from the campus.

3. Fill the Form: Complete the application form with accurate personal and academic details.

4. Submit Documents: Submit necessary documents, which may include:

   • 10th and 12th standard mark sheets

   • Graduation mark sheets (for B.Ed and M.Ed applicants)

   • Valid ID proof

   • Passport-sized photographs

   • Additional documents as specified in the admission notification

5. Submit Application: Submit the completed form along with documents to the admissions office before the deadline.

6. Entrance Exam: Depending on the course, an entrance exam may be required.

Degree-wise Admission Process:

• B.Ed (Bachelor of Education): Admission is based on merit from the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The program follows state and university regulations. The intake is 300 seats.

• D.Ed (Diploma in Education): The D.Ed program follows a similar admission procedure to B.Ed. The intake is 50 seats. Admission is based on merit and/or entrance exams as per the state government's guidelines.

• M.Ed (Master of Education): Admission is based on merit in the qualifying examination and entrance examination. The intake is 50 seats, and candidates must have completed B.Ed to be eligible.
