The S.S. Patel College of Education Gandhinagar stands among the top institutions because of its commitment to the education of the future. This constituent college approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) is one of the havens widely known for shaping skilled educators for over two decades. In S.S. Patel College of Education, the two exclusively full-time courses introduced are: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Master of Education (M.Ed), Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) in Education, and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Education. 

Admission process in SS Patel College of Education is variant of different program.In case of B.Ed programme, award of Admission shall be made only on the basis of merit list prepared with due weightage to the percentile/marks obtained in the state government conducted entrance test and/or qualifying examination. In PhD programme, written by the primary scrutiny test followed by proposal presentation and viva by the expert.
