Degree wise Admission Process
B.Com: The B.Com course of SSR College is capable of accommodating 240 students. Admission will be provided subject to the performance of the candidate in the 12th standard examination, giving preference to commerce-related subjects.
BA: Bachelor of Arts under-graduate course is for 120 seats. The candidates who have successfully passed their 12th standard in arts or allied streams can apply. The admission is generally on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance exam.
B.Sc: With an intake of 120 seats, Bachelor of Science course admits students on merit basis of their 12th standard marks, mainly in science streams. The course is for those who want to study in different fields of science.
BBA and BBA Computer Application: Both the programmes have an intake of 80 seats each. Unlike other undergraduate programmes, admissions to BBA and BBA Computer Application are through a Common Entrance Test conducted by the institute. The test is for the purpose of selecting the aptitude and skills necessary for these professional programmes.
B.Sc Computer Science: This course also has an intake of 80 seats. Admission is most probably going to be on the basis of performance at 12th standard with emphasis on computer science and mathematics subjects.
M.Com: Master of Commerce course has an intake of 60 seats. Commerce or allied stream graduates are eligible for application. Admission procedure may include consideration of the candidate's performance at undergraduate level.
M.Sc Organic Chemistry: There are 24 seats available for this postgraduate course. The students possessing B.Sc degree in Chemistry and allied courses are eligible for admission in this course. Shortlisting can be done on the basis of the marks of the candidate at the undergraduate level and can also involve an entrance test or interview.
1. I studied Bachelors in Business Management here. The quality of teaching is good but there is definitely scope of improvement. 2. Again, there is scope of improvement in the way available material is taught. Having said this the different projects does give us the exposure and space to learn the required skills.
The teaching quality is not that great. There are certain teachers who are super active and actual scholars but then there are equivalent number of teachers who are least interest and would make you wonder how they got there. Lectures are often cancelled without any prior information, syllabus is rushed through, very little practical exposure or learning.
I study B.com and I see to do my master in commerce field. The quality of teaching are good for study commerce. All staff member are well decipline and manage student in well manner. The management develope it day by day
