Boys Hostel
The Institute has hostel facilities for boys with comfortable rooms, common washrooms and 24 x 7 security.
Girls Hostel
AIMIT Mangalore provides safe accommodation facilities to students for a comfortable stay. The hostel has 24 x 7 security and all other facilities for the girls.
Gym
The college has a Gymnasium located above the food court. Students can visit the gym to maintain their physical fitness.
Library
AIMIT Mangalore has a library spread over a 12,000 sq ft area and has a collection of books and journals, course-related books, international journals, magazines, electronic resources and books on a wide range of topics. Students can access books of their choice.
Sports
AIMIT Mangalore provides indoor and outdoor sports facilities for the students that include table tennis, carom, basketball, volleyball, tennis and badminton courts.
I.T Infrastructure
AIMIT Mangalore has six spacious, air-conditioned computer laboratories that occupy 12,000 sq ft and each lab has over forty state-of-the-art computers.
Cafeteria
The campus has a spacious food court that can accommodate over 250 at any time. The food court is staffed by 22 full-time employees. Students can access the food throughout the day, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and resident students can use the food card facility.
Auditorium
The fully air-conditioned, state-of-the-art AUDITORIUM can host three hundred students. Conferences, meetings, programmes and the college festivals are all held in this auditorium.

The college provides high-speed internet facilities to the students.

The college also provides a swimming pool facility for the students.
Classrooms
The Institute has a sprawling 1.5 lakhs sq ft academic block. The block has 18 large classrooms, six air-conditioned gallery-type lecture halls for 60 students each.
Laboratories
By getting practical exposure, students can have better learning. AIMIT Mangalore has a spacious laboratory that helps students with practical knowledge. The laboratory occupies around 12,000 sq ft area and each lab has over forty computers.
