St Anne’s Degree College, Virajpet was started in the year 2007 and the college is affiliated to the Kodagu University ,Karnataka. This institution has established a unique market and is among the providers of diverse type of undergraduate courses. The college has been certified by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) in order to prove its standard in providing education. Presenting a total of 762 students strength and faculties 23, St. Anne’s has a conducive atmosphere for its students. These are like Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com). The above programmes are run subject to a total approved intake of 275 in the college, B.Com has the highest number of seats with 150, BCA having 65 and BBA has 60 seats. For B.Sc course, the intake has not been identified. All these courses were structured to be run for three years, in order to equip the students with adequate knowledge and skills in their chosen disciplines.
