The St. Ann’s College of Education, Venkatapuram was started in the year 2003, is well known, Cruise College of Education and it mainly focuses on teacher education. Is an academic co-educational college germinating in Venkatapalem-Mudigonda Mandal, Khammam District of Telangana covering a vast area of 4.942 acres. The institute offers its educational courses under the approval of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). St. Ann’s college of education has a student population of 199 and faculty of 15 members which makes teaching and learning environment sensitive to produce qualified teachers.

The college currently offers only one degree programme, the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), which is proposed to admit 100 students and which reflects the college’s mission of producing quality teachers of the future. The college has other provisions which have been made to supplement the achievement of the students. St. Ann’s College of Education is specific to its B.Ed programme offered as a two year full- time programme. The B.Ed program has an approved intake capacity of one hundred and 100 seats every academic year to meet the large number of students interested in becoming teachers. The entry of the B.Ed programme in the St. Ann’s College of Education is conducted through the admission through Ed.CET organized by the Government of Telangana. Admission is done through entrance examination and the selected students undergo online counseling in the various centers.
