An auditorium for events and seminars, contributes to a lively academic environment on the campus. To ensure students were well fed and supplied with pocket friendly foods there is a cafeteria available. In a bid to meet this goal, the college boasts of an equipped health centre with a capacity to attend to all health needs of the students. Sports centre promote exercise and team work . The hostel for the Vallan students is in function since the time the college was established and helps the students especially the out-station students. For the benefit of the commuters, the college runs buses from certain terminals. The campus has Wi-Fi to connect to the internet, in addition to the computer centre that is present in each faculty so as to enhance technologically assisted learning.

St. Antony’s College currently has a good range of course-making offer with 12 undergraduate and 6 postgraduate programmes. The undergraduate programmes offered include Commerce, Arts, and Science that include courses like B.Com, B.A. Tamil / English; B.Sc. Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry / Zoology; Information Technology / Computer Science; BCA; BBA. It offers the postgraduate degrees of M.A. (Tamil and English), M.Sc. (Mathematics, Computer Science and Chemistry), and M.Com. Each course is provided as a full-time programme to ensure students receive highly focused and effective education. Although, the numbers of intake for each course separately are unknown, the total enrolment has been recorded to be 1,326, which shows a considerable enrolment capacity throughout all the programmes.

Degree-wise Admission Process

BA (Tamil, English): For the above-mentioned arts programs, candidates who have completed 10+2 in any stream are eligible. Language expertise may perhaps be given higher weight in selection.

B.Sc (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Information Technology, Computer Science): Admission to these science programs requires 10+2 with science subjects. For IT and Computer Science programs, mathematics at the 10+2 level is normally a must.

BCA: Candidates having completed 10+2 with mathematics are eligible to apply for the Bachelor of Computer Applications program.

MA (Tamil, English): Admission to these postgraduate programs calls for a bachelor's degree in the respective subject or allied fields. Selection is based on marks obtained in the undergraduate degree.
