St Francis College for Women, Hyderabad has a Career Guidance and Placement Cell that aims to provide career guidance and placement opportunities to its students. The cell maintains cordial relations with companies and industries as it organises seminars, corporate visits, and campus recruitment training sessions, conducted by top multinational companies.
St Francis College Hyderabad provides comprehensive support to students throughout the placement process, from application to final placement. To enhance students' skills, the SFCW Hyderabad Placement Cell conducts various training programmes, including soft-skills training and personality development workshops. Industry experts guide students on group discussion, interview techniques, and CV writing.
SFC Hyderabad Placement Procedure
The cell invites industries and companies to participate in SPlacement Drives.
The companies accept the invite, and the Placement Drive is arranged by the cell.
The communication and selection formalities, between students and companies - post-placement drive- are through the placement cell.
NOTE
Once the student’s name appears on the selection list, he/ she cannot participate in other placement drives.
The cell follows the Two-offer Policy, in which the student is only eligible for a second offer if the first offer is below Rs 3 lakhs per annum.

There is a placement cell in the campus . The placements for BMS and BCOM are good. As I am from the science stream I'm not aware of the exact number of students placed or the salary packages that were offered.

Placements were good for Bcom students. We had some of the top companies in Hyderabad visiting for placements. Deloitte, KPMG, Arcesium, Wells Fargo, Dell, Invesco etc. The packages were according to the industry standards.

The eligibility criteria for M.Sc psychology is:
1. Candidates must have completed their bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field such as B.Sc psycholog y, B.Sc chemistry and B.Sc biology.
2. Candidates must have completed their bachelor’s and class 12 with at least 50 percent aggregate marks.
3. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age by the time of admission.
4. Some of the popular degree programmes in bachelor’s are Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) , BA Sociology, B.Sc home science , B.A. Philosophy.
So, if you have done BA in sociology or philosophy then you can surely pursue MSc psychology.

Please read this article I think you can easy to understand.
The quality of education is excellent. The best infrastructure in Hyderabad.
Placements: As my course is organic chemistry, there were not many placements related to work in the field of the laboratory. We had placement opportunities in international schools. That too was a good platform for the students who are interested. And few students were recruited in the college as an assistant professor.
Infrastructure: The best infrastructure in Hyderabad including medical facilities and sports. Good 5 years spent in my college with so many good memories with teachers and friends. The quality of education is excellent. All the teachers prepare so well for there classes including preparing presentations. The canteen food is also good.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified. Most of them have completed their Ph.D. All the practical classes were very helpful and make us industry-ready. The teachers were very helpful in all our projects and preparations. The curriculum is perfect for the course every student requires to have the curriculum knowledge to work in the industry.
Other: The course is really enjoyable. It was fun learning and experimenting in the lab. We had many chemistry related competitions and fest. All the events and extracurricular activities were given equal importance along with education. It is a good platform to open up and explore your talents in your college life.
