The college can also shortlist based on marks secured in the entrance test or take any other mode of selection as per the state government policy, Union Territory government policy, or the affiliated university policy. Any candidate who has passed their under-graduate degree is eligible for admission to the B.Ed course.

M.Ed: The approved strength of the Master of Education (M.Ed) course at St. Joan's College of Education is 50 students. Admission to the M.Ed course is also merit-based based on the marks obtained in the entrance examination.
