St. John College of Humanities and Sciences was established int 2011, affiliated with Symbiosis, located in Palghar, Maharashtra. Located on a 13.5 acre land, this institution provides a wide ranging undergraduate programmes in humanities, sciences, commerce and Economics. The college caters the student intake of 918 and faculty strength of 48 with respectable platform for the scholars. St. At John College, students can study ten courses across 4 degree programmes designed to fit any academic major and career path. The college good standard of learning through quality facilities and focus on the students can be attributed to its continuous strive for quality learning.

The total capacity for the students in all courses has however not quantified the number of seats in each course but the overall student intake is however 918 which is a big intake.

St. John College of Humanities and Sciences uses merit as the key means of admission to make it possible for deserving candidates to successfully enrol in their preferred courses. In some of the programmes it is done through merit list, for instance B.Sc Hospitality Studies or it may involve merit list assessment combined with an interview.
