24 MonthsDiploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is a two-year full-time diploma program offered by the Board of Technical Education, Panaji, and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidates seeking admission to the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) course should:
- Be a resident of the State of Goa
- Have passed Higher Secondary or equivalent examination. (10+2 pattern Arts/Science/Commerce) in a single attempt.
- Have 50% and above aggregate percentage at a Higher Secondary level (with a minimum of 45% in the subject of English)
- Have the following elementary Institute-based subjects at the Higher Secondary level :
– English (Compulsory)
– Hindi / Marathi / Konkani (Any one)
-Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science / History /Geography / Political Science / Sociology /Psychology / Economics (Anyone)
Admission Details
Admission Shall be Made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the state government/UT administration.
