The college to be discussed in this paper is Stani Memorial PG College, which started in the year 1998, is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This co-educational college is located in Mansarovar area and provides a large number of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes for various fields. SMPGC is affiliated college and offers 29 subjects in ten degree programmes. Located in a vast area of 120 acres the college is home for the total student enrolment of 1140 and has a total teaching faculty strength of 52 members. SMPGC is one of the leading institution of the state which provides all round education in arts, commerce, science, management and computer application which fulfils the educational needs of the students in this region with all sorts of specialisation.

The total approved intake for all courses is quite high I must say, For instance for B.Com the intake is 360 and for several of the M.Sc courses the intake is 300 each.
