Subharti College of Fine Art and Fashion Design, Meerut, is a constituent college of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, located in Meerut within the state of Uttar Pradesh. With the prime motto of imparting quality education in creative disciplines, the college offers courses in fine arts, fashion designing, and performing arts. The institute has a faculty strength of 33 members and imparts education in 30 courses at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels under 10 degree programmes. 

Other facilities to enhance the students' academic and personal growth on campus include well-managed hostels for both boys and girls, each with resident wardens who take proper care and manage them. The central air-conditioned library with over 25,000 books and many national and international journals available ensures that the resources are aplenty for the research process and learning. 

The students also use the most modern auditorium of the university, "Mangalya," having a capacity of 3,000 people, fully equipped with all modern facilities. Subharti College offers 30 various courses for different interests in the creative field. It offers full-time courses at different levels, including Ph.D, Master's, Bachelor's, and Diploma. The principal courses offered by this institution include Ph.D in Fine Arts and Performing Arts, Master of Fashion Designing, Master of Performing Arts, and Bachelor of Fine Arts in Applied Arts, Painting, Sculpture, Fashion Design, and Animation. 

Admission in Subharti College is basically based on the Subharti National Eligibility Test, followed by a spot test and interview, or on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. This would ensure comprehensive selection of talented and passionate students for various programmes.
