Subharti College of Physiotherapy, Meerut, was constituted in the year 1999 as a constituent college in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India. It teaches various physiotherapy programs of study at the Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral levels. There are 15 faculty members in the college who impart specialised learning in all branches of physiotherapy. The campus is set on the Delhi-Haridwar Bypass Road at Subhartipuram, NH-58, ideal for learning and practical training. 

The institution undoubtedly has become renowned because it lays emphasis on practical work, as well as how detailed the syllabus is on education in physiotherapy. Various facilities available in the institute are diverse to add more aura to the positive attitude of the student learning experience towards education. The working college library is stocked with around 230 books with a provision for 30 students at a time, thereby ensuring silence for study and research. The practical training is conducted with the help of well-equipped, furnished laboratories that include exercise therapy and electro therapy equipment in the college in order to provide hands-on practice to the students in various physiotherapy techniques and modalities. In addition, there are facilities for boys' and girls' hostels, a multi-cuisine cafeteria, and developed sports facilities with an Olympic-size open stadium including a 400-meter all-weather athletics track, sports courts, and indoor sports.

The Subharti College of Physiotherapy offers a total of 8 courses across 3 degree levels. The course flagship is the Bachelor of Physiotherapy with 100 students intake. Master of Physiotherapy courses like Orthopaedics, Neurology, Cardiopulmonary Conditions, Sports Physiotherapy, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Pediatrics will be offered at the postgraduate degree level with intake of 5-10 students in each. The college also has a Ph.D. programme in Physiotherapy for the students who may have a special focus on research settings. The programmes are offered full-time, ensuring that the students enroled in any of these programmes get an intensive level of training and education in their chosen specialisation.
