The College campus has a Medical and a dental hospital with a 24-hour emergency and ambulance service. The students are examined for a basic checkup as soon as they join the college, and later in case, any need arises they are provided with the best of services. Both hospitals are equipped with the latest and most modern equipment required for the best patient care.

The College has two well-equipped Gymnasiums on the University campus for Boys and one Gym is for Girls, there are separate Couches in the GYM for Boys and Girls.

The College Library has a centrally air-conditioned library with more than 25000 books, 150 international, 250 nationals, and 400 e-journals. It also has other aids, internet facilities, and subscriptions to various E-Journals. There are a huge projector room, a separate reading room, and a seminar room for the learners. Learning CDs/DVDs and other audio-visual aids are also available for students. To energize the students a small coffee cafe is attached to the library which is in conjugation with the library.

The College offers an excellent choice of places to eat on the University campus. University Houses Six Canteens offer Multi-Cuisine Menus ranging from Indian to Continental and Chinese in a Modern and Hygienic ambiance, with one exclusively for Girls. For Snakes, Juices, Beverages, and other Indian and Continental fast foods, there are three Modern Cafeterias on the University Campus.

The College feels proud to announce the new “Mangalya” on our campus with a seating capacity of 3000 members & fitted with the latest equipment. It is one of a kind in the whole of north India. Spread over an area of 50 acres, it has been built with international standards and norms. The campus has two other auditoriums with a seating capacity of around 500, each air-cooled and air-conditioned respectively, besides possessing two multi-purpose halls which are used for diverse activities such as seminars, symposia, and debates, cultural activities, movie shows/previews/etc. Also, each college has an individual counseling room, seminar room & an auditorium for their Individual events

The college has The mission of the Training and Placement Department is to achieve maximum placements for students through dedication, attitude, and complete involvement. The Training &Placement department holds the objective of acquainting the students of the University with Industries.
