Subharti Polytechnic College, Meerut was established in the year 2010 and is an affiliated college located in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. This institute is approved by AICTE and offers its students diploma courses in several streams of engineering. It is situated on NH-58 Delhi-Haridwar Bypass Road in the Subhartipuram educational complex. With a faculty strength of 20 members, the Subharti Polytechnic College is a co-educational institute that allows both boys and girls to run after their technical pursuits. 

The college has several amenities to further enhance the learning environment and overall development of a student. The campus has well-equipped laboratories for practical training and spacious classrooms conducive to effective learning. It also has a comprehensive library with more than 5,000 books and journals on Engineering. For the physical well-being of students, there are separate gymnasiums for boys and girls with full-fledged sports facilities, including an Olympic-size open stadium, courts for playing different sports, and indoor game rooms. Subharti Polytechnic College offers a total of five diploma programmes, all of which are full-time courses. The different programmes run are Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Production Engineering, Diploma in Computer Science Engineering, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, and Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Each of these diploma courses is of three-year duration and oriented to provide good, solid foundation in the concerned branch of engineering.

The admission process in Subharti Polytechnic College is mainly merit-based. The admissions at the college are made on the basis of the academic performance of candidates in their qualifying examination.
