The fee structure for Sumatibhai Shah Ayurved Mahavidyalaya Malwadi, Pune for the academic year 2021-2022 was as following . The fees for BAMS course may change for new academic year.
• Interim Fee for 70% Government Quota - Rs. 1,78,000/- per year
• Interim Fee for 15% All India Quota - Rs. 1,78,000/- per year or as decided by Central / State Government
• Interim Fee for 15% Institutional Quota - Rs. 5,34,000/- per year.
( If we go by this data then fees for 5.5 years would be around Rs 29 Lakhs 37 Thousand)
• Interim Fee for NRI - Rs. 8,90,000/- per year
-------In additional to above tuition fee candidates has to pay University Eligibility & Pro-rata fee, Hostel fee & deposit .
• Hostel fees are as following -
--- Boys Hostel
Fee – Rs. 15,000/- (excluding food)
Deposit – Rs. 15,000/- (refundable)
--- Girls Hostel
Fee – Rs. 24,000/- (excluding food)
Deposit – Rs. 15,000/- (refundable)

But considering your score to be 210, it will be very difficult for you to pursue MBBS degree from any college.
