Surendera Dental College and Research Institute, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, is one of the most famous dental college which started in the year 2003. This affiliated college is certified by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and provides several dental programmes endorsed by the Dental council of India (DCI). Located in a 5 acre campus, the institute is able to enrol a total of 552 student and 207 members of faculty. The proctors of the Surendera Dental College and Research Institute offer 12 courses and are part of 3 degree programmes for the undergraduate and postgraduate students The college has been successful in influencing a diverse student population of female and males that stand 60:40 respectively.

Surendera Dental College has all the modern amenities for students academics and personnel needs to improve the quality of academic delivery. Surendera Dental College provides all dentistry courses, undergraduate as well as postgraduate programmes. The current BDS courses are the foundation of undergraduate dental curriculum and at the same time, the institute offers various branches of the Master of Dental Surgery (MDS). The college has twelve courses, and all the courses are full time programme. The BDS programme has had an approved annual intake of one hundred students and each MDS specialisation has an intake of three students per year.  This diverse course offering gives students the various specialisations of dentistry so that they can be equipped for the various specialties in dentistry.

The procedure of admission at Surendera Dental College is affiliated to the merit system and is well planned. In case of BDS programme admissions, students are provided based on NEET UG valid ranks. The college accepts applications from Indian Nationals, NRI/OCI/PIO, and Foreign nation candidates. Admission to postgraduate MDS programmes requires passing of NEET MDS examination for the candidates. Appointments of each of these programmes are through the NEET PG Medical & Dental Counseling Board Government Of Rajasthan. For various courses, the institute has different entrance exams including NEET and NEET MDS.
