LLB Integrated at Suryadeo Law College, Katihar Offline Course

A. At the time of joining the course of instruction Law (Part-I Pre-Law), the person concerned must have passed an examination of 10+2 or 11+1 course of study as recognized by the central or state Government in proposed such academic qualification, which are considered equivalent to 10+2 or 11+1 course by Bar council of India with minimum of the marks, which is required in qualifying examination.

B. Students who have passed the intermediate examination in Arts / Science / Commerce with 45% marks shall also be eligible for admission and provided that in case of scheduled caste, schedule Tribe and for girls may be reduced by 4%.

C. Any students may be admitted in Part-II five year Law examination who has passed Part-I Per-Law examination with at least 45% of marks in the aggregate.

D. A student who is a graduate of a University with at least 45% marks or possesses such other Qualification, which is recognized equivalent thereto by the university or Bar Council of India will also be eligible to seek admission to Part-II of the five years course if he has completed regular course of study for not less then there academic years in university.

Provided that while studying Law he shall not be permitted to take up any other course such as M.A., M.Com., M.Sc., Diploma Course.

A student who has completed Lecture in Part-II of any year in any other law college of the university may directly be admitted in Part-II of 1st, 2nd, 3rd of Part-II course as the case may be if the seat is vacant.
