SVM Pharmacy College is a comparatively new entity in the field of education in Pratapgarh city, Uttar Pradesh as it came into existence in 2019. This affiliated college is situated in Lalganj and the college has emerged as one dedicated institution for pharmaceutical education within a short span of time. The college has acquired recognition by various recognised bodies including the PCI and the AICTE to show that its programmes are accredited to the national standards.

SVM Pharmacy College has some basic amenities which are important for a proper learning environment in the field of pharma education. A library plays a key role in students’ academic experience as it provides a proper amount of information in the form that may be appropriate or necessary for the student. A strong emphasis has been made on pharmacy education and other practical experiences, SVM Pharmacy College has set up modern departmental laboratories. At the moment, SVM Pharmacy College only provides a specialised course known as the Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma). This course is a two-years full course programme known to offer the students with strong background in pharmaceutical sciences. This college has an approved intake capacity of 60 students for this programme through which every aspiring pharmacist can start his/her career. 

Admission process in SVM Pharmacy College is relatively simple and effective for every young pharmacy student who want to take admission in this pharmacy college.The college may take into consideration academic achievements in certain subject areas and may give the applicants a separate test for admission, or may accept the students on the basis of the scores of the pharmacy entrance tests.
