SVR College of Education, Madhira was established in the year 2007, is an affiliated college located at Khammam, Telangana State. The institute cumulatively built up over three acres of land is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). SVR College of Education has developed two college level courses in the area of education that admit a total of 98 students. The college has a faculty of 8 members, which makes it possible for the institution to give its learners individual attention. As an institute of teacher education, it offers Bachelors of Education (B.ED)and Diploma in Education (D.ED) for producing professionally competent educational workforce.

There are 100 approved intake places for the B.Ed programme and 50 intake places for the D.Ed programme . They also have a structure of two years of study but prepare future educators for their profession.
