Swami Vivekanand College of Education, Sangrur, is an allied college for men and women which was started in the year 2005 in Moonak, district Sangrur, Punjab. This affiliated college, recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), offers teacher education programmes only. Located on five acre of land, the college has admittance of 390 full time students enroled through two courses offered fully. The faculty of the institute has 18 members in its faculty that make the institute provide the student with a proper student-teacher ratio. Situated in the field of education and teaching, Swami Vivekanand College of Education is designed for producing the future more effective and efficient teachers and educators in the area.

Swami Vivekanand College of Education has a several facilities for the benefit of its students in the improvement of the service delivery of the college. The Swami Vivekanand College of Education is functioning with two full time courses to prepare teachers at different phase. For the postgraduate education, the college offers 40 seats for Master of Arts in Education (MA Education) course. The two courses take two years and practical skills regarding the field of education is imparted to the students.
