 ST. JOHN`S COLLEGE, SHILLONG BACHELOR OF EDUCATION (B.ED) PROGRAM The primary focus of the college is under graduate teacher training program with an intake capacity of 200 students. Continuing with postgraduate studies, the Master of Education (M.Ed) program enrols 50 students, to provide specialized knowledge and research in Education. secondly, there is Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) course to nurture a person to teach high school level for which there are 50 seats available. These programs combined with the college total student enrollment of 253 support the college’s important role of producing teachers for the future.
