Tagore College of Pharmacy, Kanchipuram, was established in 2019 This institution is comparatively a new college which focuses on pharmaceutical education. This college is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and functions under the registration of Pharmacy Council of India PCI, highlighting Indian standards in pharmacy education. Appealing to the student need for comfort, the college is equipped with accommodation facilities for boys and girls separately and health care facilities in the form of a health centre where first aid is offered and a cafeteria.
At present, Tagore College of Pharmacy has only one course to offer, and that is the Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) course. This five-academic year or five-year full-time course has an approved intake of 60 students, keeping in view the prime motto of the college to impart quality education in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. To this end, the B.Pharma programme aims to provide students with all-round knowledge and competency in the dynamic field of pharmacy.
