Tagore Dental College and hospital was set up in 2007 in a sprawling campus in Rathinamangalam near Vandalur in Chennai. Being a co-educational affiliated college, this college has a 7.13-acre campus that is accredited to the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and approved with the Dental Council of India (DCI). This college has 452 students and a total 179 faculties; they have 6 courses across 2 degrees.
