Talla Padmavathi College of Engineering ( Acerd Calculated in the year 2008) established at Kazipet , Warangal , Telangana state . Having affiliation with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, TPCE provides successful engineering and management courses. The college is located in a ten and twenty nine acres of land and AICTE approved. The total student intake of TPCE is 956 and it has faculties of 122 to ensure a favorable environment favorable for a student to grow. The institute is competent in 13 courses spanning three degrees with specialization in engineering fields and management.

TPCE has state of art infrastructural facilities to cater the need of its students in all over academic and other activities. The college library is a source of print material and electronic materials that students can borrow and even do their study while in the library. Sophisticated laboratories to meet out distinct engineering disciplines are namely, Chemistry, Control System & Simulation, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics Lab, Electronics Circuits Analysis Laboratory etc. In its interest to meet the needs of students, the institute provides hostel accommodation for both male and female students. The campus also includes cafetorium; a dining hall/ auditorium, playground and gym for the students to make a balanced college life. Information technology is well invested to meet up with technological changes. Further, TPCE supplies transport facilities from a number of places in Warangal at cost-effective price range thereby making commuting easy for students/employees.

The institute provides a rich combination of educational programs such as the full time B.Tech, M. Technological, and Master in Business Administration. The B.Tech programs include obvious disciplines as Computer Science and engineering, electronics and communications engineering, electricals and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, as well as the new age stream in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Post graduate courses in M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, VLSI and Embedded Systems are offered. The MBA program is for those who have an ambition to occupy management positions. The intake of all these courses differs with Computer Science and Engineering B.Tech and MBA intake as usually full with 120 students each. The college also gives admission through lateral entry options for diploma holders in different B. Technological studies.

The mode of admission in TPCE is directly related with out-performances in the state level examinations conducted in Tamil Nadu. According to the seat matrix for B.Tech programs, 70 percent of all the seats are filled through the Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) scores while the remaining 30 percent seats are reserved under management/NRI quota. Lateral entry admissions are considered based on the Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS ECET). Orgnizations like Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test TNICET are conducted, which presents MBA admissions in a pattern, similar to the above seats distribution. These exams are normally conducted once a year and applications are done in this college through them. It also offers scholarship based on merit and deserving nature of the students though details about it are missing in their official website TPCE. Unfortunately, the college does not have much information on most of the alumni, though, its dedication to delivering quality education packages and courses that obey the industrial standards help fashion competent professionals in every sector of engineering and management.
