Tathagat Teacher’s Training College is one of the multi facility teacher training institutions situated in the city of Dhanbad, Jharkhand established in the year of 2005. It is a co-educational college located in a small plot of 1 acre and its primary focus is to produce qualified educators. Approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and it is a constituent unit of University. It imparts two teaching specialisation programmes. Tathagat Teachers Training College take 154 students in total and has 17 members in faculty which makes it a small but effective College to learn teaching .

This course, which lasts for two years, prepares students with various approaches and techniques on elementary education.
