Tauheed Institute of Information Technology, Katihar, was established in 1998 and is affiliated with the university. TIIT offers a great variety of courses that include six courses under four degree programs catering to various academic interests and career aspirations. 

Tauheed Institute of Information Technology has various facilities to enrich the learning environment of students. The college library acts as a knowledge hub that provides immeasurably valuable resources for pursuing academics and research activities. Departmental laboratories with modern tools and technology provide hands-on learning at TIIT. The institute offers a total of six full-time courses. It has three undergraduate courses: the BCA, BBA, and B.Lib.I.Sc.
