Tauheed Institute of Information Technology, Katihar, was established in 1998 and is affiliated with the university. TIIT offers a great variety of courses that include six courses under four degree programs catering to various academic interests and career aspirations. 

Tauheed Institute of Information Technology has various facilities to enrich the learning environment of students.
