TGT College of Education was established in the year 2015 located at Ambehta Peer Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh and it is affiliated college. His Excellency stressed the Co-Education System is Observed in this Institution, that is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education, NCTE. Located on a relatively small piece of land of 1.284 acres, the college provides two academic programmes – the Bachelor of Arts (BA) and the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). TGT College of Education with total student strength of 200 and faculties of 2 aims at offering focused quality education by catering requisite needs of the education and art faculties. 

TGT College of Education has various facilities aimed at improving the learning process of the students of the college. The library, a part of the core learning resources, stocks more than 3,100 titles of books; multiple number of copies, journals, encyclopedias, and reference books from multiplicity of subjects with a speciality for education. Two reading areas can comfortably sit up to a 100 readers at any one time and the facility comes with 24/7 internet connection. As for technological competency, the college remains equipped with a functional facility containing multimedia equipment for producing students with adequate skills for the modern academic environment. The campus also includes both indoor and outdoor games facilities in order to have a balanced physical and sports educating environment free from pollution of the natural environment. 

TGT College of Education offers two full-time courses, a three year Bachelor of Arts (BA) course with a total of one hundred forty approved seats, and two years Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course.

For all the programmes offered at TGT College of Education there is a different method of admission. For the B.Ed programme, candidates are admitted based on their performance, the mark obtained in the qualifying examination/ entrance examination. Admissions to the college are in compliance with the policies stipulated by the State Government/U.T. Administration and the University to which the college is affiliated.
