What’s new at IMSc Chennai college?

• A cultural festival is scheduled to take place which is freshers event 2023 and it will be held in Ramanujan auditorium on the IMSc Chennai campus in November, 2023.

The Institute of Mathematical Sciences, Chennai which is widely renowned as IMSc Chennai was established in the year 1962 and it is a national institute theoretical sciences research. IMSc Chennai courses are offered in a total of 4 programmes in the disciplines of Sciences at the doctorate level in the Ph.D research programmes. IMSc Chennai admissions to the said doctoral courses are done on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the M.Phil course work degree certificate followed by a written test and an interview at the institute. 

The Institute of Mathematical Sciences Chennai courses have been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). IMSc Chennai college is affiliated to Homi Bhabha National Institute, Mumbai (HBNI Mumbai) as well. IMSc Chennai campus size is approximately 6.5 acres consisting of academic buildings, administrative blocks, auditoriums, library, hostels, canteen, guest rooms, and more on the IMSc Chennai infrastructure.
