Hi Shubham Dixit,
It is absolutely okay to take admission of your choice if you feel you lack in English language. There must be students who talk in Hindi. Also, once you join the college/school then your English will automatically improv as years pass by. Try talking basic English and then slowly slowly you will catch up. You should be confidant enough and do not make this as your weakness.
You will do well. Only thing is try to speak in English to get used to it.
There are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. Here the fees will be approximately upto 8-10 lakhs. B Category seats are also called Management Quota Seats and they are filled through State Counselling and the remaining seats are filled through direct Admissions by contacting the College directly. Here the fees is usually nothing less than 40 lakhs. The last Category is NRI seats Category and you cannot apply for that. This is the general fee structure. Each College will have its own Miscellaneous charges.
