About The Oxford Polytechnic, Bangalore

The Oxford Polytechnic in J.P. Nagar, Bangalore, was started in 1986 and is one of the first-grade technical institutions in Bangalore. This college affiliated with the Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, is approved by AICTE and offers a wide programmes in the stream of engineering diploma. Located in a small plot of 2.5 acres, the polytechnic has a total student strength of 569 and 112 members on its faculty. It offers 17 diploma courses under a single degree programme and mostly encompasses automobile engineering, civil engineering, and electronics and communication engineering. Focusing on technical education, The Oxford Polytechnic has always been helping engineers-to-be during more than thirty years.

At a glance, students at the Oxford Polytechnic also enjoy the use of the following functional facilities. These are single-gender hostels meant for accommodating students from other parts of the city and from other states for boys and girls, respectively. Every room in a hostel contains basic furniture such as a bed, a chair, a table, and minimum bedding. In this regard, the polytechnic uses the departmental laboratory as the physical facility for practical learning. Dear Aspirants ,

Yes  ,you can take admission in Oxford polyethnic, Bangalore . ITI aspirants are eligible for lateral entry admission in diploma engineering course which will make the course to 2 years duration. Admission will be based on the performance in entrance exam and seats will be allotted through counselling. But you will not eligible for the  Mahatma Gandhi Missions Jawaharlal Nehru engineering college ,Aurangabad because they offer undergraduate course and you will directly no get entry with ITI course so first you have to complete your diploma then after you can take admission through lateral entry in 2nd year as per the processes .
