The People’s Education Society’s Diploma College of Engineering & Technology, Ahmednagar, was set up in year 2009, is one of the reputed colleges situated in Jamkhed, Maharashtra. This affiliated college which has the recognition of all India council for technical education for the purpose of imparting technical education to the young engineers. It is situated in the central part of Ahmednagar district and college campus is very conducive to learning process. As of the People’s Education Society, the Diploma College of Engineering and Technology provides a strong group of 28 faculty members that are focus on honing the capabilities of their students. It has an enrolment of 121 students as of this writing which gives students the proportional number of interaction with instructors. The small class settings create close student-teacher interactions that encourages learners develop mastery of hard aspects of engineering disciplines. 

People’s Education Society’s Diploma College of Engineering & Technology aims at ensuring that it provides a supportive physical environment for its students. The college strives to balance academic pressure with real life experience had left them well equipped to practice engineering when they were through with their course. 

The Diploma College of Engineering and Technology under the People’s Education Society provides various full-time diploma courses to match the different branches of engineering.The institute provides three courses. Thus the programmes offered are Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Computer Engineering and Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Each of these programmes takes three years, and the approved number of student intake to per course is 60, hence we have 180 study places for all programmes. In this light, the diploma offers a wide range of diverse courses to ensure the student selects a specialisation he or she wants to pursue in the future.
