The Royal Group of Colleges, Mansa, is an affiliated college which was set up in 2015 in Borawal, Punjab. Divided over a plot area of 12 acres, the institute is designed to offer 25 courses in 12 written degree programmes for students with varying learning inclinations. The college offers a healthy learning climate for existing students and all aspiring students through its total student enrolment of 1,338 and faculty strength of 20. The institution striving for education is also reflected in its programme and courses, providing education at the undergraduate and postgraduate level and including the specialised arts, commerce, science and professional programmes.

The college has made provision of number of multimedia facilities in college that make the educational process complete. library is one of the main sources of learning, containing more than 10,000 books, 50 subject-oriented journals and 10 newspapers, and reader’s rooms for 500 persons. For technology lovers, four well-ventilated computer laboratories with current computer hardware and software and an internet connection of 4 Mbps has been installed at the college. The college also has accorded importance to protecting the interest of the students and has different hostels for boys and girls, each of which provides a homelike environment. Further, the campus has provision for sports, canteen with hygienic vegetarian food available, and a health centre including first aid facilities.

The Royal Group of Colleges currently provides a complete course offering of 24 total courses, which includes full-time and part-time study programmes. For MA programs, candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in the concerned subject. The intake of MA programs is 60 seats each for English, Punjabi, Political Science, and History.

B.Sc Programs: The Royal Group of Colleges offers B.Sc Medical, Non-Medical, and Computer Science, Statistics and Mathematics programs each with an intake of 30 seats. Minimum eligibility is required to be a 10+2 student of science subjects.

B.Com and BCA: The intake of the B.Com program is 30 seats, whereas that of BCA is 30 seats also. For the B.Com course, students from a commerce stream in 10+2 would be given priority, whereas any stream students could apply for the BCA program.

PGDCA and PGD Programs: The college offers PGDCA with 60 seats, PGD in Dress Designing and Tailoring and Cosmetology with 30 seats. All these are designed for graduates interested in specializing in these areas.

B.Lib, M.Lib, and D.Lib: The college provides Library Science courses at different levels. B.Lib and M.Lib consist of 30 seats each, whereas D.Lib consists of 30 seats as well. These courses serve the students who are interested in library and information science profession.

B.Sc Agriculture and Diploma in Agriculture: For students who are interested in agricultural sciences, the college provides B.Sc Agriculture with 30 seats and a Diploma in Agriculture with 30 seats as well.
