Thunchath Ezhuthachan College is an affiliated college located at Elavanchery, Nemmara in Palakkad District of Kerala, which was started in 2003. This University of learning provides quality education in a wide basket of courses in both undergraduate and postgraduate categories of study. The college seeks to offer quality education to students; it employs 47 qualified members of faculty. Although enrolment data and size of our campuses cannot be ascertained, it is evident from the courses that the college offers and the infrastructure that it boasts of.

It has variety of facilities that are being equipped with modern facilities to support the learning process in college. Laying at the core of such amenities is a developed library that supports college academics and research. The library operating during extra college hours has extensive book and reference materials collection in various departments. Also, there is an opportunity to use a digitised library containing thousands of titles of books and other materials available to students online. Its information technology is also highly developed, with two computing facilities for use by undergrad and postgraduate students. 

These labs are fitted with modern computers and internet services using the NME VPN fibre connection to enable students to work with current technologies. The college intends to offer separate hostels for boys and girls students for their convenience and comfort; thus, the college offers accommodation to students. The campus facilities include a cafeteria for quality and pocket-friendly foods, an auditorium fitted for occasions and seminars, sports facilities for human exercise, and practical laboratories for practical trainings.

In total, Thunchath Ezhuthachan College offers nine courses, with six degree courses being different from one another. These courses are designed according to the diverse academic concerns and vocational goals of students in faculties such as commerce, management, science, arts, etc. Full adult programmes are offered by the college at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. In addition, the total intake capacity of all courses has not been mentioned, but we know that the B.Com. Cooperation programme in particular has an intake capacity of forty students. The core courses offered by the college comprise B.Com. in Computer Applications and Cooperation, BBA, B. Sc. in Information Technology and Computer science, BA in English and Malayalam language and literature, M. Com., and M. Sc. in computer science.

The admissions process at Thunchath Ezhuthachan College is made very easy and reasonable for those who are interested in the college.
