Tinsukia Polytechnic, Makum, founded in 2020, is a budding technical college situated in Makum, Assam. This affiliated college, recognised by AICTE, has a prime vision to impart quality technical education to the young engineers. Located at 37/73 NRL Grant Hukanpukhari, Habeda Path, the institute currently provides three diploma streams in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and mining engineering streams. Tinsukia Polytechnic, Makum, provides three regular diploma courses, and each of the courses extends up to a period of three years. In total, the institute’s aggregate intake capacity is 180 students per year, which includes 60 seats per course. The diploma courses are Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Mining Engineering.
