TNNM College of Teacher Education is an affiliated college that began operation in the same year as 2012 and is situated in Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu. Located in Arumana Village of Vilavancode Taluk it is a co-educational institution with a vision of developing future educators. Laying down an area of 0.6797 acres, the college has a small and integrated setting for learning that is specific to students’ needs. TNNM College is a small institution which has enrolled 100 students and have 8 faculty members that enable the college to provide a personal touch in the training of teachers in the Faculty of Education.

TNNM College of Teacher Education has various facilities which can complement the learning of the students in the college. The sportsmen can therefore utilise sport facilities within the college to complement their academic development to the aspect of health. An auditorium also provides communication Space for a variety of events and seminars, gives a rich student life. This is a two-year full course with intake capacity of 100 seats in each year which is the college’s total intake capacity. The B.Ed program aims at preparing a competent teaching professional to fit in the contemporary teaching environment in his /her teaching practice area. Though this is a specialisation of the college in terms of training teachers this way, it shows a focus on ensuring quality teachers to serve this ever growing sector.
