Triveni Teacher Training College is second professional teacher education college of Rajasthan which was established in the year 2006 and is co- educational institute located at Jaipur. As an affiliated college it has the primary purpose of preparing future educators through various teacher training programs offered in the institution. Approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the college offers two full-time courses: The teaching certification at state level is the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and, at the diploma level the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). This college has a student’s intake capacity of 200 students per year, and faculty members are 15 teachers, which help them to focus to built quality teachers.
Below highlights some of the facilities available in the college with the intention of improving the students learning process. A knowledge center is a well-stocked library in addition to first tier specialized departmental laboratories for practical demonstration. In order to support the campus events and seminars there is an auditorium within the campus which makes the entire environment of the campus academic. Information technology student learn from good IT facilities so that they can have an update on advancement in technology in handling education systems. The college also values the health of students through provision of health facilities with first aid provided in the health centre of the college. On the same we have those who are interested in physical activities; they can work out at the gym within the compound. Triveni Teacher Training College has two rich designed teacher training programs. The B.Ed Programme has an intake capacity of One Hundred students and the D.El.Ed Programme has a capacity of Fifty students. Each of the courses is a full-time course over a period of two years that unveils essential knowledge and skills for prospective teachers. Thus, the focus on theses two specialized programs at the college makes it possible to provide a centralized and qualitative approach towards the training of teachers.

Admission policy of Triveni Teacher Training College is as per the guidelines which are framed by state government, UT administration and the related university. For the B.Ed program the selection is merit based, ceding to the marks scored in the qualifying examination/entrance examination. Likewise, the admission criteria of the D.El.Ed program is purely merit based, that is, the candidate’s performance either in the qualifying examination and/or entrance test.
