TVES Institute of Pharmacy, Faizpur: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

The well-known educational body, the TVES Institute of Pharmacy was established in 1983 at Nehru Vidayanagar, Faizpur, Maharashtra. Considering the quality of pharmaceutical education it provides, this institute remains one of the affiliated colleges recognised by the PCI and the AICTE. The institution covers 5 acres of land and offers an appropriate ambience for study and growth. With an enrolment of 129 students and, it has a faculty consisting of 8 dedicated members who give personal attention and guidance in study to the students.

The Institute is proud of a host of facilities designed to provide and offer an overall beneficial learning experience for the students. The campus has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls who live on campus. The auditorium can be used for different kinds of events and seminars, encouraging intellectual discourse as well as cultural activities. The library is incredibly well-furnished and, therefore, serves as the treasure house of knowledge in which students have access to a wide range of books, journals, and digital resources. State-of-the-art laboratories function for every department so that students have hands-on experience with practical skills needed within the field of pharmacy.

TVES Institute of Pharmacy currently offers one full-time course, the Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma). This two-year program is so structured to equip the students with a strong base in pharmaceutical sciences, thus ensuring their preparedness for lucrative careers in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

Admission to any of the pharmacy programs offered by the TVES Institute of Pharmacy is done through the Centralised Admission Process, CAP. Actually, prospective students can choose among three options during allotment rounds- Freeze, Slide, or Float. Under the Freeze option, a candidate freezes on an allotted seat for him/her, and that is offered by the Slide and Float options along with the scope of potential upgrades from subsequent rounds. Thus, this system has been reportedly giving fair and transparent admission processes to the students to give them a chance to join their dream programs.
