Umrao Technological Institute Polytechnic, Fatehpur was established in the year 2011. It is an affiliated college located in Alampur, Uttar Pradesh. This co-educational institution sprawls over a 5.24-acre campus and comes under the aegis of the All India Council for Technical Education. The institute offers five diploma programmes in different branches of engineering with a total enrolment of 429 students. The strength of the faculty is 75, and thus, the ratio between the number of students and the faculty is quite adequate to meet the requirement of individual attention and quality education. 

Various facilities have been provided in the institute to enhance the learning environment and the all-round development of its students. Umrao Technological Institute Polytechnic runs five full-time diploma courses with a three-year duration each: Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Production Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.
