Unique Law College, Ghaziabad, was established in the year 2010 at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. This is an affiliated college and it has approval from the Bar Council of India. It is located in a compact campus of 0.72 acres and the specialisations in this college are areas related to legal education. Having an enrolment of 275 students, the faculty strength for this college is 6 members, thus giving less size for the learning environment. At present, Unique Law College provides two courses in the field of law at its campus 3-year LLB course and 5-year integrated LLB course. 

It has a number of facilities that would go a long way in enhancing the learning experience of its students. Some of them comprise of a well-stacked library having books, journals, and magasines. The library subscribes to the daily newspapers, some of which are local; such newspapers equip the students with the affairs of the day- a requirement for legal studies. In line with the digital age, the college has similarly invested in a well-equipped computer laboratory which will maintain workout to the ability of the student in the information technology skills. One of the striking facilities is the Moot Court, where students can join in the simulation of court proceedings for the development of their drafting and oral argument skills; that is part of legal studies. For the body, there are sporting facilities, with the realisation that only a healthy body can sustain a sharp mind.

The major labeled courses of this college pertain to the law discipline. The approved intake for the 3-year LLB course is 120, while for the 5-year integrated LLB program, no such approved intake capacity is mentioned. Comprehensive legal education is ensured through these two full-time courses, which enable students to occupy various positions in the legal profession.
