This institution has been sharpening its business leaders since almost five decades back. Spread across the city of Aurangabad in Maharashtra, this institution imparts 7 different courses under 4 degree programs in the fields of management and computer applications. Endorsed with AICTE approval, the institute also maintains high academic standards. The institute provides 6 full-time courses and 1 part-time course comprising MBA, MCA, and specialised PG Diploma. Across courses, the sanctioned total intake is 340 seats. The flagship MBA admits 60 students each year, and the new innovative management programs, viz. MBA-Executive and Part-Time MBA, with 60 seats each, cater to working professionals. The MCA program trains 60 students in advanced computer applications.

For the MBA programme, admissions are done through the Centralized Admission Process based on the norms stipulated by the Directorate of Technical Education. The institute accepts the scores of the Maharashtra  Common Entrance Test MAH MBA CET, which is a state-level test for MBA aspirants and ensures a fair and competitive admission process.
