The University Institute of Technology, Kollam, is the educational institution affiliated with Kollam, Kerala, India. B.Tech: Admission to the B.Tech courses offered by UIT Kollam probably takes place on the basis of the performance of the candidate in the entrance examination conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, called Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) and the candidates must have 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as major subjects. M.Tech: For M.Tech programs, the admission to UIT Kollam may be through GATE scores. The candidates should have a B.Tech/B.E degree in the concerned engineering discipline. The admission process may include a written test and/or interview for shortlisted candidates.
MCA: Admission to the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program, if given, would be through a state-level entrance test or a national-level test, NIMCET. Those having bachelor's degree in B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering / Computer Applications/ Information Technology or any other branch of Engineering would be eligible for applying.
