University Law College (ULC) Utkal University Bhubaneswar widely known as ULC Bhubaneswar was established in the year 1975-1976. ULC offers 3 programmes at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in LLB, BA LLB and LLM degree courses. For admissions at ULC College to the said undergraduate and postgraduate courses, the institute accepts scores of the previous qualifying exams followed by a written test conducted by the college.

University Law College is a departmental college of Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. The institute has been recognised by the Bar Council of India (BCI) as well as by the University Grants Commission (UGC). University Law College Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, has a dedicated training and placement cell that oversees all placement activities.
