Utkarsh Business School, Bareilly, was established in the year 2010. This is an affiliated college and is located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The college stands at a distance of about 8.5 km from Bareilly and can be spotted on the Bareilly-Rampur Road. This occupied area is about 1.32 acres, which has already been approved by the NCTE. Utkarsh Business School has a total enrolment of 1,129 students with a faculty strength of 48, offering two full-time degree courses in Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Elementary Education.

The institute has various facilities for the enrichment of the student experience. These include a boy's hostel and a girl's hostel, thereby making a comfortable living environment with modern amenities and a Gurukul system of living available. These hostels also have libraries, internet facilities for self-study, and recreation halls. Utkarsh Business School runs two undergraduate programmes in education. B.Ed, a two-year full-time course with an intake of 100 seats, and B.El.Ed, a four-year full-time course with 50 seats, oriented toward preparing students for a career in teaching and education. The total student intake across all courses is 150, which reflects the institute's concern for quality education in smaller class sizes.

The admission procedure in Utkarsh Business School is based on merit, marks scored in the qualifying examination and entrance examination. Admission to the B.Ed course is made as per the policy of the state government/U.T. Administration and university.
