On March 11, 2024, the Department of Civil Engineering at Uttaranchal University (UIT) arranged and led an educational industrial visit for students.
Women Cell, UIT is organising a special seminar on International Women's Day: Empowering Women - Understanding PCOD and Promoting Women's Health and Hygiene on March 7, 2024.
Uttaranchal Institute of Technology, Dehradun also known as UIT Dehradun was established in the year 2006. The Uttaranchal Institute of Technology, Dehradun is a constituent college of Uttaranchal University, Dehradun. The UIT Dehradun provides undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The UIT Dehradun UG Courses include a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and many more.

College Infrastructure
The institute provides us with all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment such as cafeteria which severs good foods and snacks, big classroom around 100 students can accommodate easily and the facilities are clean and hygienic.

College Infrastructure
There are lots of building in the campus they look beautiful from outside but from inside they are not as they seems from outside. The practical labs are not that great. University needs to improve their infrastructure. College is in the main highway so there are no transport issues. Students can easily come to the college.
